Progressive lubrication systems

Progressive systems are availlable for oil, soft grease and grease up to NLGI-2.

Starting from a lubrication pump one or more distributor blocks divide the lubricant and distribute an individual amount to each lube point. Each block contains at least three pistons and can serve up to 20 lubrication points.

Depending on quantity and location of the lubrication points a single distributer or one ore more main distributers with a various number of sub distributers can be used.

Progressive systems can be flexible in design and deliver an accurate amount of lubricant to each lubrication point.
