1K & 2K-metering systems

Our 1K & 2K dosing systems are used for bonding, sealing, potting, etc., and are fundamentally designed for the specific application of processing a particular material. They are either used at manual workstations or, in combination with automated handling, for setting up semi- or fully-automatic workstations, stations, or systems.

Versatile Applications Our dosing systems enable the creation of permanent bonded joints through adhesives, permanent seals with sealants, removable seals with sealing foams, and the potting of components. The lubrication systems allow targeted lubrication of components.

Special Applications of 2K Dosing Systems Dosing systems for 2K materials are also used in other areas:

• Reaction Injection Moulding (RIM)
• Bonding and sealing of facades (Structural Glazing)
• Production of fiber composite components
