With the 1K metering systems G-Dos, E-Dos, and Booster-Mix, as well as our dosing stations, 1K media such as adhesives or sealants, but also oils, greases, and other substances can be dosed.

2K-metering machines

For two-component media such as potting compounds, adhesives, and sealants, we offer our mixing and metering systems from the D-Mix, E-Mix, and G-Mix series. Resin and hardener are provided separately and dosed in a predetermined mixing ratio. The mixing is usually done by static mixers, but the use of static-dynamic or dynamic mixers is also possible.

Pump technologies

Our product portfolio includes dosing systems based on various pump technologies. Piston pumps, gear pumps, and progressive cavity pumps are used. A wide range of options allows for individual adaptation of the metering system to the specific application and material. For example, different types of material supply, function monitoring, and other extras can be selected.

Flexibility

The metering systems can be operated manually but can also be integrated into semi- or fully-automated workstations.
