Progressive cavity pump metering system - E-Mix
The E-Mix series dispensing systems are based on progressive cavity pumps for dosing the two components. This series is particularly well-suited for processing materials with abrasive fillers.
Modular design
The E-Mix series dispensing systems have a modular design and due to their low weight, are ideal for mounting on gantries or robots. Integration into automation solutions is possible via standard interfaces.
In continuous operation, the system enables precise application of sealing or adhesive beads, while in shot operation, it allows for potting with both very small and larger shot sizes.
Various materials
Both liquid media from cartridges or pressure vessels and paste-like materials can be dispensed. Even abrasive fillers can be handled reliably.
With the appropriate dosing control system, various mixing ratios, dispensing speeds, and dispensing volumes can be configured and saved for repeatable processes.
