The Booster-Mix Dosing System for 1C Adhesives with Accelerator Paste
The Booster-Mix dosing system is designed for 1-component adhesives and sealants with accelerator paste. Between 1-3% accelerator (also referred to as "booster") is continuously added, enabling rapid curing of the adhesive bond and faster processing times.
Flexible Application
The booster does not affect the properties of the adhesive bond, allowing the same adhesive to be used in production with or without an accelerator, depending on application requirements. Adhesives with accelerators are particularly common in the automotive industry.
Customized Configuration
The Booster-Mix dosing system is tailored to customer-specific needs and supports containers up to 200 liters. The booster can be dosed from foil bags, cartridges, or 20-liter hobbocks. Dosing speed is adjustable, and various speed ranges can be achieved by selecting different pump sizes.
Versatile Material Application
Material application can be performed manually or integrated into automated systems. Simple integration with adhesive systems is ensured through compatible interfaces.
