G-Dos gear pump metering system
The G-Dos dosing systems are electrically driven gear pump dosing systems for liquid and pasty 1K media such as lubricants, adhesives, and sealants.
Handling can be done either manually or as part of an automation process. A variety of pump sizes and configurations allow the system to be tailored to the application.
The gear pump can be driven either by an asynchronous or servo motor. Dosing speed and quantity can be adjusted via a control system. Material supply is achieved through drum pumps, material pressure vessels, or cartridge emptying systems.
