D-Mix series contains desktop metering systems based on gear or piston pumps. The systems are available in several sizes. They can be customized to fit to the customer's material and application.

D-Mix 30

D-Mix 30

Gear pump system D-Mix 30 is used when needing a metering system with compact sizing and a continous material flow.

Mixing ratio and material flow can be adjusted in system PLC.

D-Mix xC

D-Mix 3C

Piston pump systems series D-Mix xC are used when needing shots of material. They are available as 3C, 3CM, 4C and 5C which differ in pump sizing. Shot size can be adjusted mechanically or at machine D-Mix 3CM by setting in Display.

 

D-Mix 3B

D-Mix 3B

D-Mix 3B is the entry level desktop metering system. It is fully pneumatic and can be used as a low cost solution for processing 2K materials that are easy to handle.
